We work hard at the training and I certainly feel that I have had a good workout when it comes to an end! Claire conducts the training with good humour and patience, and makes it enjoyable. Claire looks carefully when I am carrying out the exercises she has instructed, to make sure that I am doing them correctly and will politely correct me if I am doing an exercise not quite right! I am constantly amazed by Claire’s breadth of knowledge and the wide range of exercises she instructs me to do.
