Q: What if I'm vegetarian/vegan?
No problem! I'll always tailor a plan which meets your dietary needs - whether that's gluten-free, food allergies, or any other considerations. Just let me know!
Q: How much weight will I lose?
Everyone is physiologically unique, so the weight you'll lose depends on whether you stick to the plan, how often you train, and your past exercise and eating history. I'll always make sure you're making progress, though.
Q: What happens when I go on holiday?
There are loads of ways to train and stay healthy even when you're away. I'll make sure you're always equipped and informed to make the best decisions for your long-term health and well-being.
Q: Can I still eat my favourite food?
The best plan is the one you can stick to, so if you need a treat from time to time, we can work it in. There are lots of great treats which are healthy, too!
Q: Can I still drink alcohol?
This really depends on your goals and lifestyle! Book in for a consultation, and we'll work out what's best for you.
Q: What happens if I'm already on a diet?
A lot of diets are 'one-size-fits-all', so during your consultation we'll take a close look at your eating and exercise history, and develop a plan optimised for YOU.
